Instant listings

An instant listing is a digital publication service. If we cannot publish your eligible listing after a successful payment, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Once published, the listing fee is generally non-refundable.

Growth packages

You may request a refund before directory research or submissions begin. After work has started, refunds are evaluated based on the work already completed. Directory approval and a specific DR outcome are not part of the refund eligibility standard.

How to request one

Email your Stripe receipt or checkout email, product domain, and reason for the request to support@websiteauth.com. We aim to respond within three business days.
