Directory submission packages
You may request a refund before directory research or submissions begin. After work has started, refunds are evaluated based on the work already completed. Directory approval and a specific DR outcome are not part of the refund eligibility standard.
Per-link backlinks
Every per-link backlink includes a 60-day guarantee. If a purchased link is not live within 60 calendar days of confirmed payment, we refund that link's price in full.
DR goal packages
DR 30+, DR 40+, DR 50+, and DR 60+ packages include a 60-day full-refund guarantee. If the purchased Ahrefs DR target is not recorded within 60 calendar days of confirmed payment, we refund the full package price. The DR 60+ package also requires Moz DA 35+ within the same period; missing either target qualifies for a full refund. You may also request a refund before campaign work starts.
How to request one
Email your Stripe receipt or checkout email, product domain, and reason for the request to support@websiteauth.com. We aim to respond within three business days.
